C. Exercise
Avoid yoga, rhythmic dance and other exercises that easily increase intra-abdominal pressure.
Do not lift heavy objects within 6 months (no more than 3 kg with one hand, or walk or stand for long periods of time).
D. Excretion
To prevent constipation, consume more fruits and water, about 2000-2500ml of water per day.
If you experience difficulty urinating, pain, frequent urination, or a burning sensation, please return to the hospital immediately.
E. Nutrition
Consume more foods that are rich in protein and vitamin C.
There are no specific restrictions, but try to avoid foods that are spicy or cause bloating.
F. The amount of vaginal discharge is less than menstrual blood, and it is light red in color with no foul odor. It will continue for about two months and gradually decrease.
G. Sexual activity: The time to resume sexual activity will be determined by the doctor after the doctor's examination.
H. If there is heavy vaginal bleeding, acute abdominal pain, or unexplained fever within 6 weeks, please immediately return to the outpatient clinic or emergency room for examination.
I. After discharge, please follow the doctor's instructions and return to the hospital regularly for check-ups.
