PET (Positron Emission Tomography)/CT

    PET-CT combines the advantages of the traditional positron scanning (PET) with the computer tomography (CT). It utilizes the PET scan to detect and the CT scan to pinpoint the origin of disease, and local and distal metastasis of small lesions. In addition, PET-CT scan can generate structural and molecular images with one scanner, and pinpoint tumor cells with its high resolution and sensitivity.

Multi-Slice CT(Computed Tomography)

 

    The Multi-Slice CT is a non-invasive scanning procedure that rapidly completes various examinations and produces sharp images that allow physicians to make more accurate diagnosis. Cardiovascular patients are now able to undergo angiography without anesthesia, and have symptoms of vascular calcification assessed. This procedure can also be used for pulmonary and full physical examinations.

    Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) utilizes the information released by the protons inside the body stimulated by the strong magnetic fields to generate images. Therefore, MRI does not expose patients to radiation. In addition, MRI can perform a whole body scan in a short period .It can detect diseases that are undetectable by traditional X-ray or CT scan, to achieve the goal of early detection and treatment.
