Please proceed to the Admission Office for inpatient registration.
Patients who make an appointment of hospitalization in advance, please report to the admission office according to the appointment time.
Check-in at nursing station
Report your arrival at the nursing station on the designated floor.
The nurse will measure height and weight, vital signs, draw blood, wear wrist band, etc.
Introduction of environment (Patient bed call bell / guard rails of bed / light switch / toilet / trash bin / kitchen waste bin / laundry room / dewatering machine / clothes air-drying room / refrigerator / ice maker etc.)
During hospitalization, do not bring valuables or personal items into the patient’s room. All personal items are kept by the patient.
Discharge from hospital
If the patient requires some kind of medical treatment, the Discharge Planning Service should be notified before the patient is discharged to provide the required service.
Before being discharged, please inform the staffs first if requiring the certificate of diagnosis, or the summary of the medical report.
Obtain the discharge notice from nursing station and take it to Admission Office /Discharge (the first floor) for payment.
The doctor will also provide a prescription for post-discharge medications, as well as an appointment slip for next outpatient visit.
Please collect medicine from hospital pharmacy and take it on time at home.
