- We treat all patients uniformly and prohibit discrimination care based on race, age, payment status, and more.
- Staff members are required to display their identification badges. You can refuse to accept services from staff without identification badges.
- The doctor must clearly explain your diagnosis, medical examination, relevant medical information, treatment options, and prognosis to you and your family.
- If you have any concerns or are uncertain about your healthcare provider?s services, you have the right to ask questions and ask for clarification.
- Before any surgery or invasive procedure is performed, a healthcare professional will explain to you why the procedure is recommended, its success rate, possible risks and complications, and any other relevant information. Before starting treatment, we will ask you or your family to sign a consent form for surgery, anesthesia and/or other invasive procedures, except in medical emergencies requiring life-saving surgery under Medical Law.
- We are obligated by law to keep your health information and medical records confidential. If you do not wish to release hospitalization information to visitors, please inform the medical staff.
