Registration:
On-site outpatient visit registration: During the outpatient registration hours on the day of outpatient visit, please extract a number from the number machine at Registration Counter (the first-floor) of Building D to register.

iii: In case of advanced registration, please report your arrival at Registration Counter first, and then fill out the Form of Basic information.
Doctor visit
Proceed to the clinic room indicated on your registration paper, wait in the waiting area outside the clinic room, and remain there until the display for your number lights up.
During the visiting, the doctor may issue an X-ray request or a laboratory test request. Please proceed to the Radiology Department for X-ray imaging or the Laboratory Department for blood collection. Afterward, return to the clinic room to continue the consultation with the doctor based on the X-ray images and test reports.
After the doctor visiting, the doctor will provide a prescription or a follow-up appointment slip. Prior to leaving hospital, please proceed to the first-floor counter (same as the registration counter) to settle any necessary payments.
For patients in need of further treatment, please go to the Admission Office (the first-floor), produce the Hospitalization Notice issued by the doctor, and carry out admission procedures.
